Customer satisfaction is very meaningful to Magic Cat Toys. This Shipping & Returns Policy applies to www.MagicCatToys.com and Magic Cat Toys LLC and governs data collection and usage. For the purposes of this Shipping & Returns Policy, unless otherwise noted, all references to Magic Cat Toys LLC include www.MagicCatToys.com and Magic Cat Toys. The Magic Cat Toys website is for the sale of Cat Toys and Cat Products that are hand made by Magic Cat Toys in the United States. By using the Magic Cat Toys website, you consent to the Shipping & Returns Policy described in this statement.
SHIPPING
Magic Cat Toys can ship to virtually any address in the continental United States. When you place an order, Magic Cat Toys will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping method you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. Shipping rates for all items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the United States Postal Service, all weights will be rounded up to the next full ounce.
RETURNS
Please carefully inspect your shipments as soon as you receive them. Magic Cat Toys will only offer refunds, replacements, or exchanges for unused, incorrect, and defective products when requested within 10 days of your receipt of your purchase. You may return new, unused items within 10 days of delivery for a full refund. Magic Cat Toys will only pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item). Magic cat Toys does not offer refunds, replacements, or exchanges beyond this point.

For all refunds, replacements, and exchanges please mail the items back in there original packaging to Magic Cat toys.
Once the returns are received, Magic Cat Toys will process your request immediately. You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This period includes the transit time for Magic Cat Toys to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes Magic Cat Toys to process your return once it is received (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days.
